Desert Lotus Yoga
(10 Reviews)
In this slower-paced,meditative approach to yoga, poses are held forlonger periodsof time (typically three to five minutes) in order to target the connective tissues of the body. Becoming still in a pose allows the body, mind, and spirit the space needed for healing and growth.

Sentiment Analysis
Very nice inside and Chasity is a great instructor
Shelby is a very encouraging and helpful instructor, and it definitely shows that she wants to be there and help others.
I especially like the way they blend the spiritual and the physical aspects of yoga.
I moved to ABQ from a very small town in CA, and so I love the intimate feeling of this studio.
If you’re looking for a new studio, look no further!
Definitely will be going again and highly recommend!
Excellent yoga in the northeast.
I’ve already noticed the benefits from the classes, when people say yoga is good for the mind and body, that’s 100% true.
I have not done yoga in quite a few years and the instructor was great and very easy to follow.
I've enjoyed every class I've attended and find the teachers are super helpful and knowledgeable!
