They do offer dance classes on top of workout classes.
The instructors are so kind and meet you where you are at, always encouraging you to do what your body can do and providing modifications.

You'll enter the room and leave everything but Salsa outside, you'll let yourself go out of your comfort zone, you'll meet strangers that become acquaintances and friends, you'll practice your basic step all over your house in between classes.
