He has worked around my arthritic hands and given me all kinds of tools for practicing, many of which involve technology that he’s taught me.
He taught my son how to read music, play with the left and right hands, and improvise in what felt like record time.
Beyond that, he also understands the pace at which a student progresses and the appropriate mix of new suggestions to offer in order to keep the student out of boredom or getting overwhelmed.
Dan is an excellent patient experienced piano teacher.
