Another perk- they offer livestream and online archive classes which is extremely useful and effective on days when I cannot make it in the studio due to scheduling conflicts.
They offer a wide variety of styles taught by a team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic teachers.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the studio in both practicing and studying yoga.
