We weren’t sure how he would enjoy it and really liked that they offered an introductory package.
I think it’s good exercise for him and I can tell he’s really had a workout after class.
Crush has a specific curriculum that in my opinion works very well because it provides good structure and foundation, rather than with some places where its just kind of “hey we’re going to do some random technique today”.
I am not the same person that I was six months ago but it is not just a workout.
