We do classic CrossFit, which includes a variety of movements including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. We use a variety of classic strength and conditioning implements such as sandbags, barbells, dumbbells, Kettlebells, sleds. We also do many bodyweight movements. You will also do some running, and use the rower, bike, and ski erg. The options are endless! You can be assured though that you will be taught to do everything safely.

Coaching w/ Laurie has made going back to the gym possible & more enjoyable than ever, working in a group towards a common goal from all different starting points is super fun & to have pre-structured workouts I needn't think about or further confuse & imbalance my body in attempting is wildly beneficial.
