Excellent destination for the crossfit community.
The only reason I stopped going was because I have a hard time getting up early in the morning and don’t like going after work since I live so far away.
While in OKC for a long weekend, I dropped in at Cross Fit OKC.
The people are super nice and encouraging, the coaches know what they're talking about, and the sets are fun, yet challenging.
Thank you for rocking it and making his first time memorable.
