The best gym and community that I've been a part of in the last ten years.
Cross Fit Chateau is an excellent Cross Fit gym (I have visited 30 or so Cross Fit gyms across the world).
The coaches are very experienced and will help you adapt the movements to what works for you.
Last week, I was able to complete a 30 minute run after not being able to run for 2 years due to plantar fasciitis.
Excellent hands on ownership that really care about the members, are always improving the gym, and hire great coaches.
The workout sessions are challenging, but it's nice that they can be scaled all the way from lifelong gym rats to older rank beginners like I was when I started.
