Everyone is very welcoming and everyone pushes each other to improve everyday.
Great place for anyone starting out into crossfit .
I use it to keep my body in shape for my outside activities - skiing, surfing, windsurfing, and rock climbing.
I had 0 experience with Cross Fit but John genuinely cares about every person who steps foot in the gym and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at.
I was going to do personal training here when I became a member because I was intimated being in a group class doing something I have never done before but coach John encouraged me to try one & they have been awesome!
Fantastic gym, fantastic coaches, fantastic members!!!
He definitely take his time and gradually put weight instead of just throwing you into something that can hurt you.
Great gym, great coaches and great group of people.
It has become my second family.
