My 8 year son old started a little over a year ago and and he loves it! He has not only learned so much about self defense and grown a love for the art of jiu jitsu, but their teachings on discipline and respect has drastically improved his behavior at home and school. We have since signed up our 5 year old who is reaping the same benefits as well! From the front desk receptionists to the coaches you get a warm welcome and instantly feel like family.

Now, I’m about to get really vulnerable because if it helps even one person to step outside their comfort zone and better their life through jiu jitsu, specifically through Crosley Gracie, it was worth it.
After sitting through several years of her brother’s belt ceremonies, my daughter Hannah was inspired to action by a self defense demo Crosley’s daughter.
I took some notes from the mindset and discipline I learned from the sidelines and applied it to my professional life, and reaped the benefits as well.
Great atmosphere, great teachers, overall great in every aspect.

The complete camaraderie built within the academy, from the staff, to the instructors, to your classmates, all forms this unbreakable bond with everyone compiling a very close and tight knit family.
In my own personal experience and from what I’ve heard about other places Crosley’s academy is the most professional and well kept place to train Jiu-Jitsu and Muay-Thai.
Professional without feeling uptight, friendly and accommodating without feeling fake.
