Presas, Grand Master Wally Jay, Grand Master Joe Lewis, and noted instructors Professor Lee Wedlake, Grand Master Dan Anderson, and MARPPIO 's Dr. Remy Presas, Jr. We have also provided martial arts and self-defense classes through the Cromwell Recreation Department and for the Minds In Motion program.

In addition to experience, Sensei Frank has a unique pedagogy, being able to easily and patiently explain the necessary concepts to his students.
I have had the pleasure of training with frank and for me he has had a very positive impact in my life and i can not thank him enough for being there for me when i needed someone to talk to.
Sensei truly cares about his students and their learning process, which is reflected in the way his students appreciate him and show support for each other.
I came for a self defense series and loved it so much that I decided to keep going with that and also learn Kenpo.
The World Class Seminars are also awesome to attend, even with limited experience, I fit right in.
