Converge Physical Therapy
I have had an incredibly positive experience at Converge working with Dr. Jo Chau. I was experiencing chronic and severe nerve pain near my shoulder blade that advanced down my arm and was causing numbness in my hand. Dr. Chau was quickly able to diagnose the issue and work with me on a physical therapy plan involving movements and exercises I could do at home. After about 6 weekly visits my nerve pain is completely gone and I am at about 90% of healthy range of motion in my neck. She has been highly rigorous, systematic, and insightful. She has also been an absolute pleasure to work with on a personal level. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I thought I had some kind of a shoulder injury because I started to experience pain in my right pec and shoulder blade area at the beginning of this year.
It turns out it wasn’t just the tissue itself, but largely a nerve issue coming from my back.
Chau was quickly able to diagnose the issue and work with me on a physical therapy plan involving movements and exercises I could do at home.
Jo is super knowledgable about both climbing and non-climbing injuries!
