Joey's movement class is unique and is designed for everyone. It's a lot of cool stuff wrapped into one class! After increasing my strength and flexibility through the movement classes, I started taking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lessons with Joey. I had been interested in BJJ for awhile, but was a little intimidated to get started. Now that I'm taking lessons with Joey, I'm seeing why so many people love it! He's a great teacher! I recommend Joey to anyone that's interested in increasing their quality of life and health-span and/or wants to learn BJJ.
