Conquest Martial Arts and Fitness' instructors are a diverse group of high level BJJ, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, Yoga, and Fitness professionals. The team is led by World/Pan-Am Champion, 4th Degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Vicente Junior. Professor Vicente Junior is a native of Brazil and has trained in BJJ for over 20 years. With numerous competitive titles to his name, he is one of the most technically sound Black Belts training in the US today. We live what they teach, lead by example, and are dedicated to providing the best experience for students of all levels.

Overall, I enjoyed the challenge and it was a good experience-- it allowed me to try BJJ as a routine part of my week before committing to a long membership.
Be it Kickboxing, BJJ, Fitness, or Yoga classes all the instructors were very professional and the classes were fun yet challenging.
They gave me a meal plan to go off of, boxing gloves, 3 days a week I was able to do their fitness classes and a private fitness coach I was able to message and have by my side every step of the way.
Shout out to Pat and Wayde, you guys are awesome and one of these days that right hooks gonna land how it should.
The classes are well designed and constantly switching up the rountines to keep it fun and interesting, would 100% reccomend for anyone wanting to do the challenge or to join up.
Really like this place, everyones friendly and kind and make wrestling fun, and people really build each other up, and encourage each other, and I’ve made a few long term friends.
They also have classes at a variety of times to suit a busy schedule…they make it easy to succeed at your goals and I have encouraged everyone I know to join!
This gym honestly has changed my life I've lost 12 lbs, I started back running, I've picked up heavier weights and I actually got my butt out of bed to exercise early
