
For a couple years now, every time I would embark on a backpacking trip, obstacle course race, or anything that demanded heavy impact on my legs, I have constantly dealt with a flair up with my knee. Recently, I was one week out from a recent triathlon and the symptoms of my runners knee came back. Following some recent work with Ryan, I connected with him and shared my anxiety. Ryan had already been able to check out my hip mobility a few weeks prior, but he also gave me three fabulous hip exercises to focus on leading up to and the day of the race. The race came around and I encountered zero issues with the knee and ran a smooth race all around.
