He also pay attention to individual person and tell them what are the shortcomings of particular move or small details in the moves that actually has significant impact.
Chris is the instructor and he's super knowledgeable about capoeira and is great at tailoring the classes to the skill level of all participants.
The movements can be hard and challenging but I feel like it’s well adapted to my level!
