Sentiment Analysis
The program that Sensei Alex has put together has provided a place for our children to learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and grow as people.
Sensei Alex is very helpful and will make sure you understand the technique as instructed.
Good training and good people, Sensei is a great teacher and is very knowledgeable.
If you want to grow and challenge yourself it's a great place to do it.
The students are great also, so willing to help my son even on his first class, I'm very impressed and happy my son looks forward to going each week.
The physical component to the class is great since we have a very active boy but the main reason we signed up is the mental/mindfulness advantage it can give your kids - staying calm and collected in stressful situations is an art and we’re very pleased that Sensei Alex incorporates mindfulness.
The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and fellow classmates are friendly as well.
The Kids Jiu Jitsu classes are so engaging, welcoming, fun, and packed full of great training, that Tuesdays and Thursdays are now his favorite days of the week!
Sensei teaches kids life lessons, discipline, integrity, respect and provides parents with resources to help children grow.
I signed my 8 year old son up for the kids program last year and after watching a few of his classes I decided sign up for the adult class.
