Alexa's breathwork class was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. What I gained that day is priceless. At the end of the session, I felt trauma that had been trapped in my body leave, right out of my fingertips. It was an energetic shift that felt like years of therapy. I've never had an experience quite like that, and I cannot wait to take another class from Alexa. I've had the same career for 27 years, and it requires repetitive motion. After the breathwork, I felt less physical pain in my body than I have felt in years. Breathwork will be a part of my life moving forward, and I am so happy that Alexa is my teacher. -Jamie
