Joao is an extremely knowledgeable head coach and along with the help of the other amazing instructors I have improved my skills in such a short amount of time.
I was able to learn how to properly defend myself while learning the art of jiu jitsu.
Joao the owner is super friendly and inviting, Matt and Evan are awesome instructors and there is even a super helpful low-contact beginner class on Tuesday and Thursday I would highly recommend for beginners.
