The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and Andre was so patient during his class in keeping me on track.
She came over a couple times during the class to check on me to make sure I was doing well and also gave me some really polite but good suggestions on my form or clarified the combo for me!
Music is super on point and the instructors will make sure you get an insane workout while you are having a lot of fun.
From the coaches to the front desk staff, everyone is always accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Karlee is amazing, love her teaching style and her playlist is always fire!
Her class has a good flow, bomb music, and she knows how to push everyone to take it to the next round fighting even harder.

Her class is high energy (even at 6am) and she has a great mix of music.
