I signed up for more classes today and can’t wait to build my upper body strength back up!
I went to other classes: Fit Box is all boxing with some more advanced boxing combination, and Box & Burn includes crossfit workouts (Chad set up different levels so beginners like me can do it too!
Really loved my first day which was beat box .
Small business that is here for the community && always have fun events for family boxing.
Chad is a great coach and is always willing to help!
The environment here is so welcoming and Chad is a great instructor!
I also really like the Box n’ Burn Class because there are different strength training exercises every time, in addition to boxing.
I never felt awkward or worried about doing something wrong because Chad is that good of an instructor!
I went to his gym and was greeted by a cute little dog called Muffin she was very friendly and came up to me and let me pet her.
He is thoughtful about our workouts, choosing new and fun exercises, including ones I can do at home and always considering my joints and not causing pain.
