Love, love, love this place! The instructors are amazing! Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. I have a gym membership at a local gym and wanted to “up” my workout. This place has definitely pushed me and I feel amazing! Highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Everyone is super friendly & helpful, the classes are dope, and as someone that came in knowing nothing I felt very supported.
As a 40+ working mom, this place has provided a great source of stress relief, support and is an amazing confidence boost.
It involves full body workout with additional leg and core body exercises.
Probably one of the best places for both people just looking for one of the best most fun workouts and for those who want to develop real-world experience.
The only negative is sometimes class sizes are a bit small - but there's no reason for that other than lack of publicity, so just go sign up.
I get to relieve stress and get out my head all while getting in shape.
The sessions are about 50 minutes broken into 10 minutes stretch/cardio, 30 minutes of 12 2-minute rounds with a 30-second rest between rounds, and ending with 10 minutes of core/stretching.
