Sentiment Analysis
There is a real sense of community at this place.
Boutique gym with great energy and style.
Everyone at Bodi Shak, both instructors and participants, are friendly and welcoming, and build a positive and healthy environment together.
The owner Toni has truly thought of everything and is so involved and personable that you will never have any issues that he cannot address.
The emphasis that every bodi belongs and every bodi is strong and beautiful provides the safe and nonjudgmental space to really allow yourself to focus on you!
I did my monthly tracking today and although the scale hasn’t moved much, in 90 days I’ve lost 6 inches overall, gotten stronger, challenged myself to try new things, lost almost all of my COVID gut and most importantly found myself.
The classes are awesome and I feel so much stronger now than the first time I came here!
And when I see Kali for dry needling before I work out, I can work out twice as hard without aggravating my knees.
Great place!
I first joined this community based gym a little over a year ago because they offered a cycling class and no other place in Uptown did.
