The facility has an area where you lift weights and get into physical shape while the half has great punching bags and equipment to help work on your boxing skills.
I feel comfortable learning new skills and pushing myself in her class - she makes everyone feel safe and welcome, no matter how new or experienced you are.
She focuses on technique and it is a lot of fun to spar!
