I have found a wonderful, encouraging community of girls at BeSpun and I couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of BeSpun! It makes me smile every time I come to the gym. Rebecca especially has a huge emphasis on form and is an amazing teacher especially for beginners, I highly recommend beginners take a fundamentals series with her if you want to have a really hands on, small class environment with individual attention to learn the basics (like I did).
If you want to get stronger and work on your form, I really recommend the climbing and conditioning class with Kyla, because she’s an amazing instructor and I’ve gotten so much stronger taking her class (her intro classes and stretches are also so good!
Pole has become a fitness and cardio addition to my regular practice and I enjoy all the new tricks and movements from it.

If you want to really learn, feel comfortable, be challenged (and also left alone when you are having one of those days) and genuinely inspired and professionally taught, with the utmost in personal attention and an authentically loving group, this is your place!

I’ve been going to classes here since September - this studio is SO welcoming and the teachers know exactly what they’re doing.
