I am a lover of fitness, wellness and BALANCE in all aspects of life. My fitness career began in 2012 when I got my first fitness certification in Les Mills Bodycombat. I went on to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and hold certifications in Les Mills Bodyflow, Les Mills Bodypump, I'm also a runner who's had quite a journey coming through debilitating arthritis where it was a challenge just to move to coming back to a pain free life and achieving my goal of running a marathon! Achieving BALANCE is important to me in my life and I love helping people achieve more BALANCE in theirs! This studio is a wonderful, inclusive, loving environment where my mind, body and breath can become one.

The instructors are absolutely amazing, and I LOVE how many different types of workouts are offered.
The cardio classes have helped me build by stamina and lose weight, the strength classes have helped me build by back/legs/stomach muscles and the yoga has increased my flexibility.
Every class I have taken has been great, all the instructors are not only knowledgeable but are wonderful humans!
I love the wide variety of classes to choose from, switching it up from yoga to kickboxing keeps it interesting, plus the wonderful and extremely knowledgeable instructors make the studio a nice respite from home.
