The coaches are always there to assist you and guide you with the workouts and/or dietary guidelines.
But since the very first day coaches were very helpful including their athletes that will stop to help anyway possible, even when things will get tough coaches will find ways to make adjustments to help you perfect technic to get a good workout.
My favorite part is that they push you and motivate you but not to the extent of you falling to the floor and passing out!
I have been a new member since April 2019 and I would highly recommend Backyard Cross Fit for those looking to diversify their workout regime, programs, or are new to Cross Fit in general
I love working out here and I actually enjoy coming after work to sweat :D
Achieved amazing results with their guidance and their diet/workout plans.
Solid coaching staff fun and welcoming environment
