At Axis Aerial Arts & Pole Fitness we hope to provide a new style of fitness for all. Axis opened its doors in January 2015 to provide a unique way of exploring cirque style fitness, acrobatics, and body balance through: aerial silk, sling, trapeze, pole, lyra hoop, specialty apparatuses and the aerial cube. The studio provides classes, workshops, showcases and connects people to the world of aerial arts.

We love our instructors and our students at Axis!
As of writing my review, I've taken nearly all the classes offered on both the aerial and pole sides of Axis and therefore worked with most of the instructors and am grateful for all of them and what they individually bring to each class.
I've been to multiple of the different classes they offer and every instructor and even the other students are very friendly making a comfortable setting for beginners of all body types and skill level.
An absolutely amazing place to learn and practice aerial arts of all kinds.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and take their time to make sure you understand what you are doing and they make sure you are doing it safely!!!
I'm still a beginner but there are so many things that I thought I would never be able to do that because of Rachel I can.
Everyone had a great time, from the level of instruction down to the music.
My daughter who is 7 absolutely loves and looks forward in coming to her silks classes everyweek.
