These 5am and 6am classes are not for the faint of heart. With non-stop movement for the full-hour, you will work as a team while still achieving your individual fitness goals.

Great class options throughout the day, combined with various cardio loads make each workout personalized.
Not only that, during the training process, Drew will always take care of your condition and protect you from injuries during the training process.
Love thia gym and all the equipment it offers and that my trainer and I can have a very flexible schedule and we never feel crowed out.
I'm definitely looking forward to future sessions and great progress toward my fitness goals supported by Clayton.

I workout with a group of other women and he always makes sure each one of us gets the attention we need to preform at our best!
Being a plus sized girl I could have felt intimidated coming to this place, however I decided to go anyway and I am BEYOND happy that I did!!
