He is knowledgeable and patient and was able to quickly pivot to Zoom training sessions when his gym had to close because of COVID so we could continue to work out.
What in the world would we all have done, a year ago, if Myles had not almost instantly morphed into Zoom mode, and guided us into creating home exercise spaces where we had none, and then accommodating to those idiosyncratic spaces...

Although we miss the actual space - Myles has done such a great job of keeping us 'fit' while being safe and sheltered!
The workouts followed common themes (aerobic warmup, stretching/roll-outs, basic core, more complex core, finished with conditioning) but with little repetition from session to session.
His workouts are thoughtful, comprehensive, and will make you not only a better athlete but also help you avoid injury.
