I generally won’t write reviews being introvert but this class deserves it as I've had the opportunity to visit numerous gyms across different states like New York, New Jersey, Chicago, and California, but none compare to the exceptional experience I've had at ARC Performance in Wheeling, IL, particularly under the guidance of Trainer Neil Tews.
Arc has been helping my family and friends achieve fitness goals for years.
My souse and mine trainer (Neil) is an exceptional person, he is very patient and push us in new ways while also being fun.
Neil, Aaron, John & crew are amazing people & go out of their way to help any client who walks in their doors.
Neil and John offer fantastic personal training routines tailored to anyone’s goals!

Lots of stretching and restorative work, practicing balance, focusing on my breath work, and setting intentions for both the class and the rest of the week.
I went here using Groupon and when I’m less busy I will definitely sign up for the weekly classes.
I can do the milder versions of the tougher movements without feeling bad and that works for me.
