All our dance classes for children and teens allow students to feel a sense of pride in their accomplishments. We've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the teachers and know that they have the best interests of the students in mind when they come to teach, create choreography and follow up if they have feedback.
As I said this is the only school I found that still forces masking so I would encourage parents who feel the same to look elsewhere.
The space is also fantastic and welcoming and I thoroughly enjoy the time I spend at AYDT!!

My daughter started with the American Youth Dance Theater since Mommy-and-Me and since then she’s been loving it.
I especially love how the teachers get to know the students, are so passionate and enthusiastic about dance, and are so friendly and wonderful.
1 of my daughter's close friends was actually scouted by ABT, that is to say the level of classes!
My daughter has enjoyed participating in Ballet, Broadway/jazz, summer camp and summer dance classes at American Youth Dance Theater for six years.
