Head instructor/owner does a great job providing the younger belts with many other activities besides just martial arts - hosting occasional lock ins for students, as well as offering an after school program and summer camps.
The facility is really good and spacious (multiple large floors for classes, spectator seating area, changing rooms, weight/fitness room, pro shop) and the location is great for folks in the Millard/west-O area.
I have an 9 and 5 year old who started a few months ago.
The instructors have had a very good influence on my son, not only with his karate skills, but also in regards to respect and self discipline.
It’s basically having your own personal trainer with some friends you meet along the way.
This is a great place to build kids not just learning Karate alone but along with that , I noticed my child learning new ways to focus on attention while learning importance of discipline, positive communication in a road of competition, building to learn towards to achieve something with competitive spirit, how to set his plan to achieve physically and mentally.
Great program for my kids after school!
