Additionally, we will learn about the history of reiki, what reiki is, the principles of reiki, hand positions for self-treatments, as well as practical exercises for developing a meditative mind, clearing energy, and recognizing the movement of energy. The training will include hands-on practice, a training manual, a programmed crystal, and Usui Reiki 1 official certification.
