At Monroe Twp Boot Camp we believe life's too short to be stressed out, out of shape, and uninspired. Think of us as your “Friendly Drill Sergeants”. Our Adults Over 30 programs are for all fitness levels, and body types. All of our programming has modifications and phases built in to help someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey make this into a lifestyle change. All the way up to someone who's already working out that wants to take their fitness to the next level.

He guided me towards taking better care of my own health and made me realize how much I was neglecting my personal well-being.
He is a fantastic coach and he really knows how to keep you motivated and most importantly how to keep you disciplined throughout the process.
