Aerial Bodies Pilates Yoga and Therapy
Lydia is awesome! !!!! I spent 3 months, 3 times a week at a physiotherapist and she did more in three weeks than they did in the 3 months. She listened to my issues and then used her vast knowledge to help deal with the problems. When I walked in to her studio, I was limping and walking like an old lady. I may still be old (Lydia can't fix that) but I am no longer walking like it. Not only did her Pilates knowledge help me begin to get more flexible again, she is an awesome masseuse. I had a hip tendon that had seized up. I complained to the doctor, I complained to the physio and no one did anything. Lydia released that tendon in one massage. I love riding and the fact that she was able to relax the tendon made a huge difference in my riding seat. I could go on and on but the best...

Lydie is extremely knowledable, personable & her studio allows for personal attention which is hard to come by.
So it doesn’t come easy to me to be flexible, but Ariel with Lydie is helping open up my whole body & get back in alignment & create a leaner look.
Working with her, I have made so much progress in various injuries I have accumulated over time, both old and new, and have gained an incredible amount of strength, balance, and flexibility in such a short amount of time.
I started with her six weeks ago, and I've already seen a positive difference in my posture and musculature as well as correcting the pain I had in my upper back.
My husband Roger over the last two months going twice a week has shown great progress in his strength and balance.
Massages and therapy are starting to help reduce the pain
I felt out of place, like you were just another person, movements were not being properly corrected, and real traditional pilates was not being taught.
The scare tissue from both injuries has dimenshed signaficantly and i feel like i am on the right path for recovery.
Ive competed in multiple international events representing the USA and I've had my fair share of massages.
I spent 3 months, 3 times a week at a physiotherapist and she did more in three weeks than they did in the 3 months.
