I had the pleasure of belonging to Advanced Sports Performance for 1 year, I only left as we relocated overseas and to say I miss this place is an understatement.
Owner is a little strange and I had to crawl to the bathroom after my first class.
My personal favorite are the group classes, but they also offer 1-on-1 coaching/training if you want a little more personalized programming and goal-setting as well as youth athlete strength/conditioning to improve performance and decrease injury risk for the kiddos.

Spectacular workouts, environment and community.
I'm a better athlete and have been able to sustain the amazing results with hard work and dedication.
I worked out throughout my pregnancy safely here and am now 3 years postpartum working out in full capacity.
I owe it all to this gym, the trainers, the classes, the community and the constant desire to keep coming back for more because AP&F truly offers a unique and family oriented atmosphere.
