I had a wonderful learning experience while taking the SAP Human Resources class which was taught by instructor Robert Natiello. He was an engaging and personable instructor whom provided a challenging learning environment. Robert has 10 plus years' experience teaching SAP/ HR, SAP/MM, SAP Customer Service, People Soft, Microsoft office and numerous technology programs. Robert is an asset to the ACCESS team. I also witnessed two other outstanding instructors whom taught medical and solar classes. The students who took the medical and solar classes also expressed their overall satisfaction pertaining to their learning experience to me during lunch break meetings.
