Sarah teaches all styles, from ballet, tap, acrobatics, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, musical theatre, dancer conditioning, and leaps and turns. She specializes in competitive dance, having an extensive background in the field of having a strong competitive career herself. Her teaching style has a strong emphasis on athleticism and technique. She works with her dancers to not only let them grow through the art of dance but uses this to help them grow confidence that her students will carry for the rest of their lives. She is an award-winning choreographer and has trained award-winning dancers.

The owners, Lydia and Ashley, truly care about what’s best for their staff as well as their dancers when it comes to safety and always provide the dancers with amazing “Once in a Lifetime” opportunities to allow the dancers to grow.
The teachers have choreographed many great dances in both competition and non competition.
