I go to this gym for children's classes and the instructor is a good instructor for your children
And you actually feel like you've had a good workout, not like most places that didn't even come close to a workout.....
The sense of community and positivity is not something you will find anywhere else.
The classes are pay as you go, so you don't end up paying for a huge bill once a month especially if you are going out of town and/or are unable to go.
This is a great workout, much like Crossfit only without either the hazards associated with lifting heavy weights over your head or the intimidation factor.
