To get the most out of your practice, we encourage all our students to bring a yoga mat, Yogitoes, water and a towel. If you forget something, we have you covered! We have yoga mats, Yogitoes and towels for rent as well as water and other beverages available for purchase. There is also a water bottle refill station located within the studio.

We thoroughly clean the studio in between each class, focusing on all common areas and high touch surfaces. We also do a daily cleaning of the yoga studio, showers, and bathrooms, and a deeper clean weekly of the entire studio. Our goal is to keep everyone healthy, happy and practicing yoga!

In addition to us thoroughly cleaning the studio in-between each class, we ask that each student wear a mask when entering the studio and in all common areas. An easy way to remember this is mask to mat! Once you are settled on your yoga mat inside the yoga studio, you may remove your mask. When class is over, please promptly put your mask back on when leaving your mat. Of course, we also ask that if you are sick, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are awaiting test results that you pause your practice until you know you can keep your community safe.
